This was a super yummy side dish and an excellent way to get in some vegetables. I started with a recipe from Kraft Foods but made some adjustments. (Click here for the original recipe.)
Ingredients
-7 cups fresh broccoli florets
-6 slices fully cooked bacon, cut/chopped into bite-sized pieces
-3/4 cup raisins
-1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
-1 cup walnut pieces
-1 1/2 cup coleslaw dressing
Directions
Combine all ingredients, except dressing, in a large bowl. Add dressing and toss salad. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes; toss again before serving.
