CSN Stores recently contacted me with an super exciting opportunity. They are going to let me review an item from one of their stores. For Christmas last year, I received a cook book called Smoke & Spice. I've been itching to try some of the recipes in this book. In order to try them I needed to get myself a smoker; while perusing the book I discovered that there are stove-top smokers and have been searching for one every since.
